Terms & Conditions of Corrupted Competitions

1. Introduction
By participating in the Corrupted Competitions’ prize draws, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all prize draws hosted on our website, corruptedcompetitions.co.uk. Corrupted Competitions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the participant’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes by reviewing these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility
All entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
Prize draw entries are open to residents of the United Kingdom, but participants from Hull are encouraged to join to support local causes.
Employees of Corrupted Competitions or any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter the competition.

3. Prize Draw Entry
Entrants can purchase a maximum number of tickets for each draw, which is below the amount of tickets available for each draw.
Each draw will have a limited number of tickets available, which will be disclosed on each individual draw from the start until the end. This is to ensure participants have better chances of winning.
Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively through corruptedcompetitions.co.uk
Ticket prices will vary between 50p and £10 depending on the prize, and will be displayed on the prize draw.

4. Prizes
Corrupted Competitions offers various prizes associated with carp fishing, this includes fishing tackle, bait, tech and fishing holidays.
The prize for each raffle will be clearly outlined on the raffle page, and participants will know what they are playing for before entering.
The prize details, including the value and specifics, will be outlined in the raffle description for each draw.
Corrupted Competitions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Draw Process
Each raffle draw will be held weekly, with the draw date and time specified on the prize draw page.
The winners will be selected randomly using a computer algorithm.
Winners will be announced publicly on the Corrupted Competitions website and social media channels, subject to the participant’s consent.
In the event of any dispute regarding the selection of the winner, Corrupted Competitions’ decision will be final.

6. Claiming Prizes
Winners will be notified via the email address they provided during the ticket purchase process.
Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner being confirmed. In the case of cash prizes, payments will be made directly to the winner’s bank account or via PayPal.
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, Corrupted Competitions reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant or rerun the raffle.

7. Data Protection
All personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required to deliver the prize to the winner, in which case the winner’s name and address will be shared with the relevant retailer or delivery provider.
By entering the raffle, participants consent to Corrupted Competitions using their details for promotional purposes, such as announcing winners, unless they opt-out.

8. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of raffle cancellation or postponement.
In the unlikely event of a raffle cancellation, participants will be refunded the full amount of their ticket purchase within 14 days.

9. Limitation of Liability
Corrupted Competitions is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions related to website performance, internet connectivity, or payment gateways that may prevent participants from entering the raffle.
Corrupted Competitions will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the prize or participation in the raffle, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Corrupted Competitions.

10. Modifications and Termination
Corrupted Competitions reserves the right to modify or terminate any raffle at any time. In such cases, all participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds will be issued if applicable.

These terms and conditions may be updated as necessary. Continued participation in the raffle after changes to these terms will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
